Video: Penta, Roman Reigns

Video: Last week on Raw, Roman Reigns defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Penta in an epic title encounter in Mexico City. Reigns was able to defeat Penta after several back and forth moments. After the show came to an end, LA Knight came out and dropped Reigns with the Blunt Force Trauma. Knight held up the World Heavyweight Championship, infuriating Reigns.

Backstage: LA Knight, Penta

LA Knight is shown arriving at the arena. He stops when he sees Penta. They stare at each other before walking in opposite directions. The camera follows Penta, who goes through the curtain into the Gorilla Position.

In-Ring: Penta, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh

Penta makes his entrance to a big reaction from the crowd. Penta says last week in Mexico City was one of the biggest nights of his career. In front of his family, friends, and all his fans, he got to wrestle. Roman Reigns was the better man that night, and he respects him, but this is not over. The crowd cheers. Penta speaks in Spanish before saying he wants another opportunity at the title because he doesn’t just fight for himself. He fights for everyone. This is only the beginning.

“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio interrupts, and he walks out to the stage with JD McDonagh. The crowd loudly boos as Mysterio says nobody cares about Penta’s hopes and dreams. McDonagh concurs. The people want to hear from somebody who stood tall in Mexico, like The Judgment Day. They left El Grande Americano, Stephanie Vaquer, and that deadbeat Rey Mysterio lying. McDonagh says he doesn’t know why Penta is talking about the title. He had his shot last week and lost, so he can take his ass to the back of the line. His boy Mysterio will win Money in the Bank and be World Champion before Penta ever gets another shot. They get into the ring. Mysterio warns Penta to put some respect on his name. Penta is just a luchador, whereas Mysterio is the King of the Luchadores. The crowd loudly boos him.

Penta says he wants to explain something: Mysterio is a raving lunatic. The only King of Luchadores is Mysterio’s father. Mysterio goes to attack Penta, but he blocks it. McDonagh quickly joins in, and they double-team Penta in the ring. Mysterio grabs Penta’s jacket and accidentally throws it onto McDonagh’s massive head. They send Penta out of the ring and clear off the commentary table. Mysterio tells McDonagh to slam Penta through the table. McDonagh goes for a powerbomb, but Penta hits a back body drop on the floor. Penta attacks both of them and sends them into the ring. Penta goes to the top rope and hits them with a double crossbody block. Mysterio and McDonagh retreat from the ring as Penta challenges them to get back into the ring.

Backstage: Jacob Fatu, The Usos, Solo Sikoa

The Usos are telling Jacob Fatu that they have to respond to 946. Fatu says they still need to play it low and slow. Solo Sikoa comes in with a white flag and tells them to wave it. 946 won’t stop, so they have to respond as a team. Jimmy Uso says it looks like Sikoa wants protection. Jey Uso says Sikoa has to acknowledge them as captains and Roman Reigns as Tribal Chief. Sikoa says he won’t do that, so they kick him out. Sikoa puts his sunglasses on and says it’s back to the drawing board. Fatu says the Usos just made a big mistake. They’re confused.

Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifier Triple Threat Match
IYO SKY vs. Roxanne Perez vs. La Catalina

Roxanne Perez gets in everyone’s faces and taunts them before leaving the ring. Sky and La Catalina follow her out of the ring, so Perez gets back inside. They get into the ring and corner Perez. La Catalina and Sky go back and forth punching Perez. They send her into the ropes, drop down and leapfrog her, and hit Perez with a double dropkick to knock her out of the ring. Sky and La Catalina shake hands. Sky grabs her, but La Catalina hits a waistlock takeover. They counter each other’s offense and are at a stalemate. Sky sends her to the corner, but La Catalina slings over her and applies a reverse bow and arrow stretch. Perez quickly rolls Sky up for a two-count. La Catalina rolls Perez up for a two-count. Sky and La Catalina hook arms, and Perez rolls them over to pick up a double two-count. All three women are at a stalemate.

An “IYO SKY” chant picks up. La Catalina blocks a kick from Perez. Perez punches her down. Sky grabs Perez, but Perez does a standing switch. Sky counters a German Suplex into a front roll. Perez avoids a double stomp, and La Catalina hits Sky with a missile dropkick. Perez attacks La Catalina from behind and punches away at her before taunting the crowd. Perez hits the ropes for a suicide dive, but Sky forearms her in the face. Sky sizes her up and hits Perez with an Asai Moonsault. La Catalina then comes off the top rope with a double crossbody block onto Sky and Perez!

Back from the break, Perez is applying a neck vice to Sky. Sky fights her off, but Perez quickly takes her down. La Catalina gets in the ring, but Perez hits a head-scissor into a side leg sweep. As Perez goes for the move, she kicks Sky and gives her a DDT as well. Perez covers La Catalina for a two-count. Perez then covers Sky for a two-count. Perez drives La Catalina’s shoulder into the ring post. Sky sidesteps an avalanche and hits a flapjack. Sky kicks Perez in the head for a near fall. Perez rolls to the corner to recover and avoids a Bullet Train Attack. Perez hits a Busaiku Knee to Sky before turning into a crossbody block from La Catalina. 1… 2… Perez kicks out. La Catalina is furious. La Catalina hits Sky and Perez with running hip attacks. La Catalina then hits Perez with a fisherwoman’s suplex for a two-count.

La Catalina grabs Perez, but Sky rocks her with a Shotei uppercut. Perez attacks Sky from behind and hits La Catalina with a running elbow to the back of the neck. Perez hits a double jump springboard moonsault on La Catalina. Sky quickly runs in and pulls Perez off before rolling her and hitting a double stomp. 1… 2… La Catalina breaks up the pin. La Catalina attacks Sky and applies a Gory Special. Sky gets out and hits a double underhook backbreaker. Sky goes to the top rope, but Perez pushes her into the ring post. La Catalina catches Perez with an inside cradle for a near fall. La Catalina big boots Perez down and climbs the ropes for Sky. Perez quickly slams La Catalina off the top rope and hits Sky with a super hurricanrana. La Catalina then wipes Perez out with a running knee! La Catalina slowly covers Perez, but Sky breaks it up with a double stomp.

All three women are down as the crowd buzzes. They all grab at each other and exchange strikes. Perez kicks La Catalina, and Sky lights Perez up with a kick. Sky charges Perez in the corner, but Perez drops her on the apron. Perez sidesteps La Catalina and drives her into Sky. Perez tries to roll La Catalina up, but La Catalina rolls through and hits a Gory Special. 1… 2… Perez kicks out. La Catalina grabs Perez, and they have to just stand there as Sky heads to the top rope for a double missile dropkick. La Catalina and Perez are seated in the same corner. Sky hits a double Bullet Train Attack on them. Sky goes to the top rope, but Perez avoids the Over the Moonsault. La Catalina took it. Perez quickly hits Sky with Pop Rox for the win!

Winner: Roxanne Perez via Pinfall.

Backstage: LA Knight, Solo Sikoa

LA Knight is walking backstage when he sees Solo Sikoa. Knight isn’t happy that Sikoa tried to go back to The Bloodline. They need to get on the other side of Money in the Bank, and they’ll pick the bones of 946. Knight warns Sikoa not to cash in on him when he wins the title. Sikoa says Knight is his boy and tells him to win the title.

In-Ring: LA Knight

LA Knight comes out to a nice reaction. Knight says, “Lemme talk to you,” and the crowd roars. Knight says Roman Reigns and Penta tore the house down last week in Mexico City. He’ll give credit where credit is due. Penta came up short, and Roman is still the champion. Now, we move on to Money in the Bank. It’ll be Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight for the World Heavyweight Championship. It’s been three years since they’ve gone one-on-one. It’s been three years of scratching, clawing, earning, getting knocked down and getting up, making sure he’s not in the plans, and telling the whole damn world who the real uncrowned champion of this world is, with everybody saying, “L-A Knight, YEAH!” Knight says he is the plan.

Knight isn’t sure if his parents paid attention to him as a kid, but he always wants to be acknowledged. Knight will acknowledge a few things, such as the match last week. Reigns won the match by himself. Knight acknowledges Reigns’ greatness. The crowd doesn’t like that. Knight says Reigns is one of the greatest champions of this generation, if not of all time. With that being said, he’s heard for years that people want LA Knight. They think he should have a World Heavyweight Championship. As much as they want it, Knight doesn’t think the people believe it will happen. Knight doesn’t blame them. The last time it was him against Reigns, he lost. Knight has come up short and not won the big one. While Knight was watching Reigns vs. Penta last week, he thought to himself that he’s not sure anyone can beat Reigns, even him. That’s a hard pill to swallow, but he lived with it for a moment until he noticed something different. At the time in the match when The Bloodline would run down to the ring, they didn’t come. Same thing at SummerSlam and WrestleMania. When he dropped Reigns on his head last week, there was no Bloodline. Reigns wants to rewrite his legacy as a dominant champion who can do it on his own. Reigns has never been man enough to beat him one-on-one. If Reigns comes with no Bloodline, he’ll commend him for it.

Knight understands that while Reigns carries the title, he says he’s the champion who matters. Knight says he’s right. He’s never needed anyone to help him win anything. He’s the most “self-made son of a bitch in this game.” Knight will have Reigns acknowledging him as champion, with everyone saying his name.

Backstage: Je’Von Evans, The Vision

Byron Saxton is backstage with Je’Von Evans. Evans says he’s going to win Money in the Bank. The Vision walks up to Evans and taunts him. Bron Breakker gets in Evans’ face. Breakker congratulates Evans on qualifying, but Money in the Bank is his. It’s no longer Evans’ concern. Evans says they both have their gear on and can find out who is better. Evans realizes he’s outnumbered. 1… 2… 3… 4… 5 – Evans slaps Breakker’s face! Breakker holds The Vision back and tells them to start using their heads.

Je’Von Evans vs. Bron Breakker

The bell rings, and Breakker tackles Evans out of the ring. Breakker clubs Evans down. Evans pops up and viciously slaps him in the face, but Breakker absorbs it. Breakker continues to strike Evans, driving him into the LED barricade. Breakker puts Evans into the ring, but Evans kicks him as he puts his head through the ropes. Evans then takes Breakker out with a suicide dive. Evans punches Breakker and bounces him off the ring apron. They get back into the ring, and Evans punches away at Breakker. Breakker fights back and shoulders away at his midsection in the corner. Evans turns Breakker and shoulders him in the midsection several times. Evans then slaps Breakker so hard that it knocks him out of the ring. Evans goes to the apron and drops to the floor. Evans bounces Breakker off the commentary table. Reed and Paul take Breakker back as Austin Theory taunts Evans. Breakker charges, but Evans sends him into the timekeeper’s area. Evans runs around the ringside area and hits him with a wild OG OTB!

Picture-in-Picture Commercial Break: Breakker stumbles back into the ring as The Vision distracts Evans. Evans gets into the ring, but Breakker catches him with a lightning-quick clothesline. Breakker gutwrenches Evans, walks around with him, and hits a suplex. Breakker smiles and talks trash to the camera. Evans tries to get up, but Breakker punches him down. Breakker saunters around the ring, buying time for the commercial break. Breakker sends Evans into the ropes for a back elbow. Breakker covers before doing some push-ups, à la his uncle, Scott Steiner. Breakker then applies a rear chin lock. Evans fights up and runs to the corner.

Back from the break, Breakker puts Evans on the top rope and sets up for a superplex. Evans punches him down, but Breakker scales the ropes and hits a Breakkensteiner! Breakker sizes Evans up for a Spear, but Evans smashes him with a superkick. After a few moments to recover, Evans hits some clotheslines, but Breakker stays standing. Breakker ducks one and goes for a back suplex, but Evans backflips through and slaps him. Evans drives Breakker into the corner and hits an enzuigiri. Evans goes to the apron and hits a springboard clothesline. Evans charges, but Breakker hits a military press. Evans counters out with a DDT! Evans waits for Breakker to get up and hits a running Sliced Bread #2 for a near fall!

Breakker rolls out of the ring to recover. Evans sets up for a dive, but Maxxine Dupri jumps onto the apron to stop him. Bronson Reed gets on the apron on the other side. Austin Theory runs up, but Evans knocks him to the floor. Breakker then hits Evans with a spinning side slam for a near fall. Breakker pulls down his straps and signals the end. Breakker charges, but Evans drives him shoulder-first into the ring post! Breakker falls to the apron. Theory gets on the apron, but Evans knocks him to the floor. Evans then hits a WILD dive over the top rope onto Reed. Evans gets back into the ring and hits another INSANE dive over the top rope onto Breakker. Evans gets Breakker into the ring and hits the Red Dot. Evans signals for the end and goes for an OG Cutter, but Theory knocks him down.

Winner: Je’Von Evans via Disqualification.

The Vision attacks Evans in the ring. Theory holds Evans up for Breakker to hit a Spear, but Oba Femi’s music hits. Femi runs down and clotheslines Theory and Breakker. Femi attacks Breakker before popping Theory up and hitting a forearm. Femi goes back and forth with running elbows on Breakker and Theory. Reed runs in and avalanches Femi, but Femi absorbs it before taking him down with a big boot. Paul brings a chair into the ring, but Femi takes it from him. Femi smashes Theory and Breakker with the chair on the spine. Reed attacks Femi and takes the chair, but Femi wipes him out with a running uppercut. Femi then smashes Reed on the spine with the chair! Femi and Evans stand tall in the ring. Femi then throws Evans over the top rope onto The Vision. Femi celebrates to a huge reaction.

In-Ring: Judgement Day, Becky Lynch, Stephanie Vaquer

The Judgment Day, consisting of “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Liv Morgan, Roxanne Perez, and Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez, head to the ring. Morgan grabs a microphone, but McDonagh says he has something to get off his chest. All this crap with Joe Hendry and the Funko Pop isn’t funny. It’s sad. McDonagh looks at people laughing, and all he sees are ugly losers with no self-esteem, projecting their insecurities at him. McDonagh promises that none of it affects him. He doesn’t give a rat’s ass what anyone says, but it affects his family. His mother is at home in Ireland stressing out over this. It has to end tonight. His father is not a Funko Pop, and he has a normal-sized head. Rodriguez says McDonagh has a great head. As a fellow Texan, Rodriguez is embarrassed by the haters. Rodriguez shouts in Spanish at them. They can all agree that Liv Morgan’s music video is way better than Joe Hendry’s piece of caca.

Morgan says tonight is all about celebrating their blessings. Last week in Mexico, The Judgment Day proved that they still run Monday Night Raw. They embarrassed their fake champion, Stephanie Vaquer. They embarrassed Dominik’s deadbeat daddy, Rey Mysterio. Then they embarrassed the fake luchador El Grande Americano. The only thing that would have made the night better is if she won back the Women’s World Championship. That brings her to her next point. Vaquer can’t hide from her forever. What happened in Chile was a tragedy. The Santiago Screwjob will go down in WWE history. Vaquer and Becky Lynch, the crooked referee, were in on it. Now, Morgan is coming for her. Morgan calls Vaquer out so she can prove why she’s the greatest Women’s Champion of ALLLLL TIME!

Becky Lynch’s music hits, and she comes out through the crowd. The Man has come around to San Antonio. Lynch asks Morgan if she’s disappointed to see her. Morgan is disappointed in Jordan Devlin McDonagh. McDonagh’s mother is stressed that her son is dressed in gang gear, is a towel boy, and is owned by a Funko Pop head. They both expected more from McDonagh. Morgan expected to hold the title longer, but it’s hard to keep it when you actually defend it. Referee Rebecca was as straight-laced as they come. Referee Rebecca may be the greatest referee of all time. It’s not just her saying it. Everybody is saying it. Now, everyone is saying Morgan needs to get to the back of the line. The first crack at the title is hers. Welcome to the Big Time!

Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer comes out to the stage. Vaquer says they can talk all they want, but she’s the Women’s World Champion. She won the title on her own. Morgan says that is not true. The only reason Vaquer beat her was because of Becky Lynch. Vaquer says Morgan is just mad she won her title back in front of her people and her home. Vaquer will give her a rematch and prove that her win in Chile is on her own. Lynch interjects. Vaquer says Lynch has her respect. Lynch is an amazing referee. She’ll give her a match, too. A real champion isn’t afraid to defend their title. Vaquer will talk to Adam Pearce. This is the La Primera Era because she is the champion. Vaquer holds the title up.

Video: A psychotic looking Lyra Valkyria says she had to take extreme measures to separate herself from Bayley. Being her partner took a year off her career. When she beat Bayley within an inch of her life at Madison Square Garden, she paid the higher price because she had to go into the place you don’t come back from. It was worth it to end Bayley and move onwards and upwards. Money in the Bank was her chance to do that. How is Bayley still costing her opportunity? The woman who claims to fight for all women… The last time they faced each other, she didn’t go far enough. Bayley will wish their last match was her last match.

John Cena’s WrestleMania 1/1 Patch Card sold for $329,400, the most expensive piece of merchandise in WWE history. Boy, that’s just great. That’s exactly all TKO cares about. This kind of brag, like when they brag about how much their gates are from jacking up ticket prices to astronomical levels, is so bizarre. This company is basically saying, “Hey fans, look at how much money we beat you for this week!” This is the sole priority of this organization. Bleed the fans out of as much money as possible before selling the company and/or leaving it for dead.

Anyway, back to the show…

Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria

As Lyra Valkyria goes to slingshot into the ring, Bayley wipes her out, knocking her to the floor. Valkyria is furious. Bayley wipes her out with a suicide dive and punches away at her. Bayley throws her into the barricade and rolls her into the ring.

The bell rings, and Bayley knees Valkyria in the face before putting her in the corner and clubbing away at her. Bayley hits a front suplex on the top rope and knees her in the face again. Valkyria rolls out of the ring to recover. Bayley goes for another suicide dive, but Valkyria forearms her in the face. Valkyria bounces Bayley’s chest off the ring apron and rolls her into the ring. Valkyria goes for a spinning kick, but Bayley blocks it and hits a leg capture back suplex. Bayley backs up and charges, but Valkyria hits a slow-motion monkey flip into the turnbuckles. Bayley grabs her knee in pain, despite her legs not hitting the turnbuckles. Valkyria hits a diving leg drop for a near fall.

Valkyria bounces Bayley’s head off the ring canvas several times before clubbing away at her. Valkyria clubs her spine and talks trash to the crowd. Bayley fights back and hits the ropes, but Valkyria takes her down with a spinning heel kick. Valkyria puts Bayley on the top rope and sets up for a superplex, but Bayley throws her down twice. Bayley then hits a sloppy diving elbow drop for a near fall. Bayley continues to drop elbows on her as we go to commercial.

Back from the break, Valkyria hits a tornado DDT for a two-count. Valkyria goes to the top rope for a moonsault, but Bayley moves. Bayley then takes her out with a basement dropkick.

They trade punches before Valkyria hits a step-up enzuigiri. Valkyria goes for a Last Breath, but Bayley backs her into the corner, also hitting the referee. Valkyria hits a NASTY gutwrench powerbomb that landed Bayley high on her neck and shoulders for a near fall. Bayley crawls to the corner and kicks Valkyria back. Valkyria pulls her out and goes for a slam, but Bayley slides off and hits Bayley-to-Belly for a two-count. Valkyria has a crazed look on her face and goes for the Last Breath, but Bayley fights out. Valkyria pushes away from a Rose Plant. They go to the ringside area, and Bayley sends Valkyria over the commentary table.

Bayley clears the commentary table and goes to slam her through it, but Valkyria escapes. Bayley gets in the ring and beats her down. Valkyria quickly slides through her legs and drives Bayley’s throat into the ropes before rolling her up for the win.

Winner: Lyra Valkyria via Pinfall.

A furious Bayley runs after Lyra Valkyria, but the referee holds her back.

Backstage: Dragon Lee, Chad Gable, “All Ego” Ethan Page

WWE Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable is talking to Dragon Lee and says he’ll give him another title match after how close the match was last week. “All Ego” Ethan Page comes in and says Gable is ducking him. Gable tells him to earn a title shot.

On Stage: Adam Page, Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce introduces Lola Vice. Vice puts over her parents for teaching her grammar, dancing, and martial arts. She’s here to prove that her fists don’t lie. Roxanne Perez is out for her third segment of the night. Perez says no one cares about Vice’s contract or her parents. Perez will show Vice that she is levels below her. Vice shouts at her, so Perez shoves her. Perez quickly ducks a spinning back fist. Pearce holds Perez back and brings her to the back. Vice poses.

Backstage: Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker

Paul Heyman is watching backstage. Bron Breakker walks up to him. Heyman says Oba Femi is still breathing, which is bad, bad, bad for The Vision. Breakker is nonplussed and says he’s still breathing. That’s bad, bad, bad for everyone. Heyman asks, “Everyone?” Breakker looks him in the eye and says, “Everyone.” Breakker walks off, and Heyman looks confused.

Backstage: 946, Solo Sikoa, The Usos, Jacob Fatu, LA Knight, Adam Pearce, Dominik Mysterio

Solo Sikoa’s music hits, but he doesn’t come out. We go backstage to see 946 viciously attacking Sikoa! They throw him into their SUV and speed off. The Bloodline emerge and chase, but they’re not going to catch a speeding car. Jacob Fatu says he warned them. LA Knight walks over, concerned about his friend being taken by 946.

Replays are shown of 946 abducting Solo Sikoa. Joe Tessitore says this is unlike anything they’ve ever seen. I guess he’s never seen the Attitude Era.

During the commercial, Dominik Mysterio asked whether Solo Sikoa’s kidnapping meant he’d get a pass into Money in the Bank. Adam Pearce angrily told him to go to the ring.

Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifier Triple Threat Match
Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee vs. Penta

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce says they have a fluid situation, but Solo Sikoa won’t be fighting tonight. They advertised a Triple Threat Match. The man replacing Sikoa is…

Penta and Dragon Lee double-team Dominik Mysterio to take him out of the ring to start the match. Lee and Penta go at it. Lee knocks Penta out of the ring and goes for a dive, but Mysterio pulls him out of the ring. Penta gets in the ring and hits Mysterio and Lee with a tope con hilo.

Back from the break, Mysterio is taking it to Lee, stomping him in the corner. Mysterio whips him hard into the corner twice. Mysterio charges, but Lee kicks and punches him back. Penta runs in, but Lee sidesteps him and hits a snap German Suplex. Lee then superkicks Penta out of the ring. Lee hits the ropes and hits Penta with a somersault senton. Lee runs into the ring, flips through a clothesline from Mysterio, and hits a sit-out powerbomb for a two-count. Lee sets up for a Styles Clash in tribute to his former partner AJ Styles, but Penta superkicks him. Mysterio rolls Penta up for a two-count. Lee fights Penta off, and Mysterio cuts Lee off. The referee is back with more instructions. Lee puts Mysterio in the tree of woe and hits a double stomp. Lee charges, but Penta hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex into the turnbuckles. Mysterio hits Penta with a neckbreaker. Lee then dropkicks Mysterio onto Penta.

All three men are down, but the crowd is quiet. Lee charges Penta, but Penta stands him up in the corner and superkicks him. Penta then hits Lee with a slingshot backstabber. 1… 2… Mysterio breaks up the pin. Mysterio hits Penta with a slingshot somersault senton. Mysterio hits it a second time before hitting a third. Lee then superkicks Mysterio down. Lee sizes Mysterio and goes for a monkey flip, but Mysterio dumps him over the top rope. Mysterio kicks Penta down and hits Lee with a suicide dive. Mysterio rolls Lee into the ring. Penta kicks both men before Lee and Penta take it to Mysterio with corner dropkicks. Lee hits Penta with a head-scissor takeover. Lee hits Mysterio with a dropkick to the skull. Lee then dives OVER the top rope and hits a hurricanrana on the floor on Penta! Wow! Sadly, the crowd barely reacted.

Lee goes for a dive, but Mysterio intercepts him with a 619! Lee avoids a Frog Splash, but Mysterio follows up with a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Penta is in the ring and chopping the two men. Penta rolls Mysterio and leaps into a DDT on Lee. Penta hits Mysterio with a Penta Driver! 1… 2… Mysterio barely kicks out. Lee attacks Penta and hits a tornado DDT. Lee hits Penta with a running elbow. 1… 2… Mysterio breaks up the pin. Mysterio starts the Three Amigos on Lee. One Amigo… Two Amigos… Lee blocks the third and hits a back elbow to the jaw. Lee hits Operation Dragon on Mysterio. 1… 2… Penta breaks it up.

The crowd lightly buzzes about the match. Penta and Lee exchange punches in the center of the ring before Penta hits a superkick. Lee fires back with a knee to the face, followed by a poisonrana. Lee heads to the top rope, but Mysterio knocks him down. Mysterio goes for a Frog Splash, but Penta gets his knees up. Lee hits Mysterio with a Styles Clash! 1… 2… Penta breaks it up! The crowd is gradually getting louder, having been completely dead. Penta gets Lee on the apron and kicks him. Penta then springboards to the apron and hits Lee with a Mexican Destroyer! Mysterio then hits Penta with a 619 and pulls him into the ring before hitting a Frog Splash! 1… 2… Penta kicks out! Mysterio is stunned.

Mysterio rips the top turnbuckle pad off and goes to drive Penta’s head into it. Penta reverses it on Mysterio and hits a springboard Mexican Destroyer for the win!

Winner: Penta via Pinfall.

Penta joins Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, and Trick Williams in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Penta celebrates as the show comes to an end.
