It drew a 0.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the prior week’s 0.23 rating.
In terms of notable sports competition, the College Football game of Fresno State vs. USC drew 1,322,000 viewers on FOX.
Last year’s SmackDown on September 5, 2025 drew 1,685,000 viewers and a 0.51 rating on USA Network. The September 6, 2024 episode drew 1,770,000 viewers on FOX.
