Former TNA X-Division Champion Retiring Tomorrow Night

Former TNA X-Division Champion Petey Williams has announced his retirement from pro wrestling. Williams made the surprise announcement via Twitter on Thursday night.

Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin will take place tomorrow night at an XICW event in Clinton Township, MI. That will apparently be his final match as Petey tweeted the following:

“This Saturday at @XICWDetroit its my last wrestling match. Stop by if you are in the area.”

I’ve always said Petey’s “Canadian Destroyer” is the sickest finisher in pro wrestling. Good luck to Petey with whatever he plans to do in the future!
