Update: WWE Fires Their Magazine Team?, Network Advertising

— There continues to be discussions within WWE about the idea of bringing on outside advertising to the WWE Network as a way to increase their profits.

— As part of the massive WWE cuts that have been expected for a while now, the WWE Magazine team have reportedly been released from the company.

The magazine could possibly continue with an outside publisher handling things, however WWE will no longer personally produce it from this point forward.

The final WWE-produced issue of WWE Magazine will be the October issue, which hits newsstands on September 16th.
