— Sting met with Vince McMahon at WWE Titan Towers in Stamford, CT over the last week or two. This marked Sting’s first face-to-face meeting with Vince. As noted, Sting revealed over the weekend that he’s “very close” to a WWE deal.

— During a recent WWE App segment, WWE Divas Summer Rae and Layla asked fans to write to them on Twitter and suggest people who they should “date” next. Rae said:

“It doesn’t have to be someone in the WWE. It could be a celebrity, an artist, a singer, whoever you want.”
