As of now, the Team 3D TNA Hall of Fame induction sheduled for Bound for Glory weekend is still expected to take place despite Bully Ray likely leaving the promotion. As noted yesterday, Devon’s TNA contract is rumored to last several more months while Bully Ray and TNA continue to negotiate.
For what it’s worth, Ray wants to stay but the offer he received was said to have been “insulting” considering the backstage work (agent, etc.) and on-air stuff he does. He’s also known as a “locker-room leader” along with Samoa Joe.
