There have been several rumors that TNA could be negotiating for a new TV deal with WGN America, due to the fact that they are only confirmed as airing on Spike TV through the end of 2014.
At this time, WGN is reportedly in the process of dropping Chicago sports programming to transition to a basic cable network model. This is where the speculation that they could move to sign up TNA Wrestling as new programming came from. At this time, it is not believed that they would add TNA Wrestling to the new direction of the network, especially considering that they cancelled WWE programming several years back when they aired WWE Superstars.
