Last night’s episode of WWE RAW scored its lowest viewership since May. The show drew 3.83 million viewers and a 1.33 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are down 4% and 7% respectively from last week. The last time the viewership was this low came back on May 26th, when the show did 3.6 million viewers. However, the demo rating (which is what matters to advertisers) was even with the demo rating from two weeks ago.
The show did hours of 3.9 million, 3.95 million and 3.63 million viewers. That’s compared to 3.98 million, 4.16 million and 3.81 million last week, suggesting that the show started off pretty solidly but predictably fell in the second and third hours. As previously reported, WWE tried to bolster their second hour with the John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar segment and it worked to some degree, bringing that hour’s viewership and demo rating up. The final hour was the lowest viewership since the December 23rd, 2013 episode but WWE was probably expecting that.
The household rating will be available later.
