In an interview with Medio Tiempo, Myzteziz (the original Sin Cara) agreed with Alberto Del Rio’s claims that there is racism from top officials in WWE. Del Rio said that people would often make racist comments under the guise of a joke, including WWE executives.
Myzteziz claimed that he also witnessed racism in WWE. He said the “gringos” could be “very racist” with the “bosses” also making racist comments. He did not say if he experienced racist remarks from other wrestlers. He did say that he doesn’t think racism was why his WWE run failed. He added that it created a poor working environment for the minorities.
Even though he saw racism while he was with the WWE, he wouldn’t be against wrestling for another US wrestling company, which he sees as an honor.
