In the initial report of Kevin Nash’s arrest, TMZ said that Nash “chokeslammed” his son Tristen during their altercation but it seems TMZ may have exaggerated the their version a bit. A police report, revealed by E! News, shows a different version. Their report says that Tristen claimed that Nash “took a hold of his throat with one hand” and grabbed his right shoulder with his other hand, then “forced him down to the ground by his upper chest, neck area and shoulder.”
He added that Nash held him down by his chest and added pressure to it, which made it hard to breathe. He told police that he hit the back of his head on the ground and “blacked out” for “a second or two”. He added that he also hit his elbow and received a cut.
