Zack Ryder Injury Update – Spotted At WWE’s PC Today

WWE Superstar Zack Ryder posted the following to Twitter today. Ryder has been out since November with a torn rotator cuff and instead of having surgery, he received a stem cell injection from the bone marrow in his hip.
