That’s why he hasn’t had a match on RAW for the past two weeks. It’s also why WWE has been putting him in six-man tag team matches. They want to protect him by limiting his in-ring time.
Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan’s upcoming biography doesn’t mention AJ Lee at all. Lee was a major part of the storyline between Bryan and Sheamus, which led to the match at Wrestlemania 28 that changed Bryan’s career.
