NXT Takeover: Brooklyn is set to take place on Saturday, August 22nd, the night before SummerSlam at The Barclay’s Center in New York City.

The event will be broadcast on the WWE Network and William Regal has just confirmed a huge title match that will take place during the event.

Speaking at the Mattel panel at this year’s Comic Con in San Diego, William Regal confirmed that Kevin Owens will get his NXT Title rematch against Finn Balor.

Finn Balor defeated Kevin Owens at the recent “Beast in the East” WWE Network special live from Tokyo Japan to begin his first reign as the NXT Champion.
