According to the sources, TNA actually fired MVP following the situation with Hernandez. Despite his claims that he was the one who quit, it was definitely TNA who fired him.
Word is that MVP was considering leaving the company anyway, but TNA made the decision to fire him. MVP took the heat from management when the situation went down with Hernandez, because he had suggested that they bring him in.
