According to sources, here is the latest on the relationship between Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Hirooki Goto was added to the August 21st event in Philadelphia, and will likely be added to the August 22nd show in Brooklyn. The feeling is that this is a make good from NJPW due to Liger working the NXT show on the 22nd.
ROH booker Hunter “Delirious” Johnson will be heading to Japan soon to have meetings with NJPW and set up business plans for 2016. At this time, it appears that ROH and NJPW will continue with their relationship into the New Year following the Liger situation.
