Thomas Latimer, aka TNA’s Bram, pled not guilty on charges of domestic batter with strangulation and forced imprisonment. Latimer entered the plea during his arraignment and is set for a hearing next Monday.
Latimer was arrested on August 31st on the charges, which were allegedly committed against his girlfriend Ashley Allen. TNA responded by indefinitely suspending him from any future TNA-sanctioned events awaiting the outcome of the case.
The hearing on Monday is in regard to the order that he have no contact with Allen, as well as his bond.
