Smith told the site that he learned WWE had dropped the trademark right and that no one owned it, leading him to discuss the situation with his family. They then decided to begin the process of acquiring the trademark.
Smith added, “Certainly, this has also given me boost and excitement, and is making me want to work harder and train harder to make the name proud.”
