Thursday night’s SmackDown followed RAW by seeing its numbers hit the highest point since the end of the summer. The episode brought in 2.332 million viewers and a 0.64 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, up 9% and 16% from last week’s 2.133 million and 0.55 demo rating. The viewership is the highest since the August 20th episode brought in 2.434 million people, while the rating is the best since the August 27th episode did a 0.65.
SmackDown ranked #6 for the night among cable originals, with Thursday Night Football on the NFL Network (2.0 demo rating, 5.995 million viewers) and NBA basketball on TNT (0.91 rating, 2.416 million viewers) leading the way.
