Following the events of Fastlane, WWE RAW got a boost in viewership and ratings this week as it heads toward WrestleMania. Last night’s episode brought in 3.884 million viewers and a 1.35 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic, up 12% and 11% respectively from last week’s 3.477 million and 1.21 demo rating. The viewership was the best since the January 25th episode scored 4.098 million viewers while the demo rating was still slightly below the 1.37 from two weeks ago.
RAW won the night among cable originals, beating Love & Hip-Hop on VH-1 (2.497 million viewers, 1.35 demo rating) for the top spot. The hourly breakdown is as follows:
8 PM: 1.43 rating (4.201 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.42 rating (4.055 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.20 rating (3.396 million viewers)
Check out the first hour compared to the third hour/main event/over-run segment though. Although the show did a huge first hour for obvious reasons, you’re always looking to gain viewers heading into the third hour/main event so that’s very telling. Do you blame it on the announced man event? Roman Reigns? Or something else? Let us know in the comments section below!
