– As previously reported, both The Rock and Mark Wahlberg are being sued over the HBO series Ballers for $200 million. The Wrap reports that the lawsuit has been amended and officially filed in a California federal court this week. Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton claim the idea uses elements from a project they created called Off Season in 2007, which they say HBO had access to.

He said: “When I started getting laughter from other wrestlers about that book, I realized it was like being in the ring without getting hurt, Writing was not only fun but liberating. It opened up so many doors, not only in terms of people accepting some out-of-the-box thinking, but me accepting that I could give anything a try. It didn’t mean I would have success at it. But if I could do that by hand, I could try anything.“
