– As previously reported, both The Rock and Mark Wahlberg are being sued over the HBO series Ballers for $200 million. The Wrap reports that the lawsuit has been amended and officially filed in a California federal court this week. Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton claim the idea uses elements from a project they created called Off Season in 2007, which they say HBO had access to.
