Mick Foley’s skipping the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony to appear at the WWN supershow was approved by the company. Foley asked Vince McMahon for permission to miss the ceremony for the event, where he presented Terry Funk with a Lifetime Achievement award.

Foley agreed to appear on the condition that Funk was unaware he would attend and that WWE plans to release the segment on YouTube.
