Report – Rich Brennan ‘Blindsided’ By WWE Release

According to Prowrestlingsheet.com, Rich Brennan was blindsided by his WWE release.

Brennan, real name Rich Bocchini, was released by WWE last Wednesday via phone. He had been assured that his position with the company was safe after Mauro Ranallo was hired back in December, and is not sure what changed that. Bocchini says that he is not bitter about the release, and has high hopes to do play by play commentary for the NHL now that he is done with WWE.
