According to sources, AAA’s TripleMania event is only scheduled for iPPV. There had been a deal in place, through Court Bauer, where the World Cup finals and TripleMania would be on regular PPV, but that fell through when Bauer and AAA split. They were looking to hold TripleMania at the Forum in Los Angeles, but that is not happening because AAA did not secure a US TV deal.
During the World Cup show they mentioned TripleMania being in August. TNA’s Josh Matthews was on English commentary, and teased the idea that TNA wrestlers would be on the show. The feeling is that there is a working agreement between the two sides again.
