According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, multiple sources have stated that Chavo Guerrero has been hired as the wrestling coordinator on Netflix’s G.L.O.W.. Mando Guerrero, the uncle of Chavo, was the wrestling trainer for G.L.O.W.’s original run in the 80’s.
Marc Maron and Alison Brie are currently set to star in the series. Maron will play a Hollywood director named Sam Sylvia who has seen better days. Sylvia has a “complicated history with women” and “now must lead 14 of them on the journey to wrestling stardom.” Brie will star as a struggling actress who becomes a TV wrestler to try and become famous.
