During the most recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about the currently injured WWE World Champion AJ Styles. Meltzer said that WWE officials are hoping AJ Styles will be well enough to perform on Tuesday’s upcoming edition of SmackDown. However, Styles is likely going to be at SmackDown regardless if he will be able to perform in the ring or not.
As previously reported, WWE gave AJ Styles some time off from working this weekend’s house shows after suffering a minor ankle injury at last Sunday’s TLC PPV event during his ladder match with Dean Ambrose.
