After Matt Hardy posted this tweet saying that they were “days away” from winning, there was obviously lots of speculation that the Hardys and Anthem were close to resolving the issue over the “Broken” trademarks.

However, PWInsider is reporting that the word from backstage at the Impact tapings last night was that both sides are still “very much at odds” and rather than the situation being very close to being resolved, “it’s actually much closer to the opposite.”

Matt Hardy did say “days away” but he might not have been speaking literally, I guess.

According to PWInsider, there are rumors that Lashley’s MMA team, “American Top Team,” has been pressuring him to cut back on wrestling and focus full-time on MMA, and there have been some meetings with GFW/Impact about that in the past few days.

Lashley’s last MMA fight was October 21, 2016 for Bellator, defeating Josh Appelt.
