— Zack Ryder’s character will be pushed more of a “Jersey Shore” knockoff. Apparently this is inspired by TNA’s new Shore characters and some in WWE were upset that TNA had the idea first.
— WWE will be doing a promotion with Kmart stores this January to hype the Royal Rumble. One deal will get you $10 off WWE’s upcoming All Stars video game when you purchase $30 worth of WWE merchandise in Kmart stores.
— Howard Finkel will be appearing at the WWE developmental show on September 23rd in Tampa Florida and the show on September 24th in Punta Gorda, Florida. Jim Ross is also at WWE developmental visiting this week as we noted several days ago here on the website.
— Michelle McCool vs. Beth Phoenix is being planned as the top women’s program when Phoenix returns later this year.
