GFW Suspends Alberto El Patron

Global Force Wrestling announced that they have suspended Alberto El Patron, saying:

Global Force Wrestling has indefinitely suspended Alberto El Patron, effective immediately, until the investigation is resolved following a recent incident in Orlando, Florida.

Following an incident involving Paige at an Orlando airport, police stated that claims of “domestic violence battery” are under investigation and GFW said shortly after that they are also “investigating the incident internally.”

Alberto is currently the GFW / Impact World Champion and is a focal point of their main current storyline involving him and the group LAX. The next 4-5 weeks of shows have already been taped.
