The Orlando Police says that “probable cause exists” to charge Paige with “battery (domestic violence)” over the airport incident involving Alberto El Patron earlier this month, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet. Even though reports are that Paige just threw beer at Alberto, the Orlando PD says that they have sent info to the Florida State Attorney’s Office “for review” and the SAO will determine whether to file charges against Paige. They also added that the investigation into Alberto El Patron is not complete.
The cops told Pro Wrestling Sheet:
“OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney’s Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case.”
Paige has previously admitted that she threw a beer at Alberto and said that she was the one being held for battery charges because of that. She also said that Alberto “never touched [her].” It would seem ridiculous to me to “file charges” against Paige in this situation.
Just clearing up the airport situation. Just so there's no more elaborate versions of the story. Thanks for respecting our privacy. pic.twitter.com/iU6nZbZMar
