In a post-Raw interview, the Hardys said that after their run-in with The Revival, they feel “woken.” Matt then did his usual half-“Broken” promo, going between accents.
Later on Twitter, Matt continued using the term “woken.”

In another tweet, Matt says “IT’S HAPPENING. #BROKEN”

Last we heard, both sides of the GFW vs. Hardys battle were at a huge impasse, with GFW flat-out saying that they are “moving on” and not negotiating anymore. It was also revealed, however, that GFW was rejected by the US Trademark and Patent Office for now in their attempts to trademark several “Broken” names. It seems like if they really wanted to, WWE and the Hardys could pretty much do the gimmick without using the specific handful of terms that are in dispute.
