John Cena and Roman Reigns Promo

The John Cena and Roman Reigns contract signing segment on Raw was almost completely scripted by WWE writers, according to Dave Meltzer. Some people were speculating that there was some “shooting” involved, but it all went pretty much according to plan.

Off-Air Raw Matches

Before Raw last night, these matches were taped for Main Event:

– Dana Brooke defeated Alicia Fox

– Mustafa Ali defeated Ariya Daivari

After Raw, Finn Balor defeated Bray Wyatt in a dark match.

Primo Colon

Primo Colon, who has been out since about June with a knee injury, is working out at the WWE Performance Center in order to prepare for his return, according to PWInsider. He has not been cleared to return yet, though.
