On Jim Cornette’s podcast, “The Jim Cornette Experience,” Cornette said that he would be at both the Bound for Glory PPV on November 5 and the GFW TV tapings that follow that week.
However, he said that his role in GFW was never meant to be long-term. He said that he was originally brought in to replace Bruce Prichard in the “authority figure” role because Prichard had outside conflicts that prevented him from being at the August TV tapings. So it sounds like Prichard will be back and Cornette could be out soon.
Cornette said that he is negotiating with GFW about how many days he will be at the November TV tapings and said that he can’t be there for the full week. He also said that he’s open to being involved with GFW as long as the company wants him.
