Luke Harper and Erick Rowan were the originally planned assailants in the Breezango angle, according to both Dave Meltzer and PWInsider. However, that was planned around July and WWE seems to be almost endlessly putting the angle off, so it’s obviously possible that the plans have changed since then.
Both Harper and Rowan last appeared on WWE TV on the July 4 SmackDown Live in a battle royal. There are also rumors that WWE is working on a possible new look for the team.
There have been other names thrown out as the potential assailants, including Primo and Epico Colon, who are set to return soon after Primo’s injury, or possibly the Authors of Pain, who are expected to be called up from NXT soon.
