Ring of Honor announced Global Wars: Chicago on October 15th will be available to watch on iPPV at their official website for $19.99. This event features Kenny Omega’s first title defense as the IWGP United States Heavyweight champion. Omega will be facing off against NJPW’s YOSHI-HASHI. The main event of the show will be an eight-man tag match of Bullet Club (Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, and Hangman Page) facing off against Motor City Machine Guns, Jonathan Gresham, and Jay White.
In regards to the other Global War events, NJPW’s KUSHIDA was announced to be challenging Cody Rhodes for the ROH World Championship at the November 14th show in Columbus, Ohio and the card for the November 12th show in Buffalo, New York includes a six-man tag match of Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks facing off against The Kingdom.
NJPW’s Minoru Suzuki was also announced to be making appearances on all four ROH Global Wars events. His announced matches listed below:
* October 12th in Buffalo, New York – Minoru Suzuki, Lance Archer, & Davey Boy Smith Jr. versus War Machine & Mark Briscoe.
* October 13th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – Minoru Suzuki versus Silas Young.
* October 14th in Columbus, Ohio – Suzuki-gun versus Chaos six-man tag match. Minoru Suzuki, Lance Archer, & Davey Boy Smith Jr. versus Toru Yano, Will Ospreay, & YOSHI-HASHI.
* October 15th in Chicago – Minoru Suzuki, Lance Archer, & Davey Boy Smith Jr. versus Jay Lethal, Kenny King, & Mark Briscoe.
