The New Day vs. The Shield Likely for Survivor Series

It seems like WWE is going to add a New Day vs. The Shield match at Survivor Series, based on The New Day distracting Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins on Raw and causing them to lose the Tag Team Championship.

Roman Reigns was announced for Raw next week, so we’ll see if he’ll be part of a six man tag match or if it’ll just be a 2 on 2 tag match. Reigns had been expected to be part of Team Raw, but WWE decided to put Jason Jordan in that role instead. There were reports that WWE was concerned that Reigns would not be ready in time for Survivor Series after recovering from the mumps, which may be the case, but it also seems to just make more sense for him to wrestle with his Shield team mates rather than Ambrose and Rollins being in a sort of meaningless match against The Usos like was originally scheduled.

Roman Reigns and Big E have also been “feuding” about how big they are on Twitter today.
