Hall of Fame Scrapped
The idea of an Impact Hall of Fame has been totally scrapped, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. They had planned on new inductions at Bound for Glory, but the idea was thrown out after Jeff Jarrett left the company. The main name that was supposed to be inducted was Jeff’s dad, Jerry, who helped start TNA with Jeff.
Make-a-Wish
Impact invited 100 Make-a-Wish family members to one of the TV tapings in Ottawa last week.
That’s nice, and also a pretty good way to fill some empty seats while seeming “charitable,” if you want to be cynical about it.
Thank you @IMPACTWRESTLING for inviting 100 wish family members to your awesome event! The families are having a smashing good time!!π« pic.twitter.com/EBUcanNFsG

Staff Cuts
“Support staff” at the Impact office in Nashville were let go yesterday, PWInsider says, as part of Impact’s plans to move to a new office in Toronto.
Sonjay Dutt
Sonjay Dutt has been taking an increased role “in all aspects of management of the company,” PWInsider says. A source also said that they wouldn’t be surprised to see him as the head of booking soon.
Lucha Underground
Lucha Underground apparently plans on easing their exclusivity restrictions for their contracted wrestlers, PWInsider is reporting.
They just announced that they’ll be doing a fourth season next year, and a lot of their wrestlers are trapped in seven season contracts.
That means that wrestlers that are on both Impact and Lucha Underground, like Johnny Impact/Mundo, will probably still be able to work on Impact.
