WWE: Alexa Bliss Injury Update, Xavier Woods Suffers Mouth Injury

Alexa Bliss was back in the ring at a house show yesterday in Bournemouth, England in a triple threat match with Nia Jax and Bayley, which Nia won.

WWE said that Alexa suffered a shoulder injury in her match against Nia Jax at Backlash on Sunday, but Nia said on Twitter a couple of days later that Alexa was “perfectly fine” and she ended up not missing any time at all.

Xavier Woods said that he has “one hole and two partials in [his] tongue” after a “nasty uppercut” by Cesaro during their match on SmackDown on Tuesday.

As a result of a nasty uppercut from @wwecesaro I have one hole and two partials in my tongue. Eating/talking the next few weeks should be fun 👍🏾
