Jeff Hardy Court Update + WWE Diva Says She’s Drug-Free

When WWE returns to Toronto on February 5th, which will be for a SmackDown! house show, the event will be held at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Tickets go on sale on December 18th. This will be the first time WWE runs the venue. (Thanks to Devin Cutting)

Beth Phoenix wrote a message today on Twitter praising WWE’s drug testing policy and noting she herself is drug-free. “The WWE Wellness Policy is such an important part of our company. I am very proud to be a healthy drug-free athlete,” The Glamazon wrote. “I want young female athletes to know you CAN be the best and lead a healthy lifestyle. Make smart choices for your future.”

………. And now from an apparent drug-free Diva to none other than Jeff Hardy! Jeff and his lawyers will return to court on December 8th in the Superior Court of Moore County in North Carolina. He faces the following charges…

* Conspiracy to Traffic in Opium
* Trafficking in Opium by Possession
* 2 Counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute
* Felony Possession of Cocaine
* Felony Maintaining a Controlled Substance in a Vehicle/Dwelling/Place
* Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
