As noted before, EC3, Lacey Evans, Nikki Cross, and Heavy Machinery made their official main roster debuts during last night’s episode of WWE RAW in Memphis, Tennessee.
In an update to Lars Sullivan’s status, PWInsider reported that despite any rumors or speculation, Lars Sullivan is still under contract with WWE. It was also reported that Sullivan’s absence from last night’s episode of RAW was due to him not being scheduled to appear at this week’s set of television tapings in order to continue resting from his recent health issues. As of today, there have been no other updates about Lars Sullivan since he went home to Colorado last Tuesday.
In regards to WWE’s original plans for this newest batch of call-ups, Fightful.com reported that Nikki Cross was originally not scheduled to wrestle on Monday’s Raw, and “a couple of situations threw a wrench into the call-up plans for this batch.” One of those situations was Lars Sullivan’s health issues and the other was reportedly a poor backstage reception to Heavy Machinery’s dark match against The Colons following the end of last week’s episode of SmackDown, according to Fightful. Heavy Machinery’s showing in the match was reported to have caused some WWE officials to have initial reservations about their call-up.
