Reason for Charlotte’s SmackDown Women’s Championship Victory
As noted before, Charlotte Flair defeated Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Championship during last night’s episode of SmackDown Live in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported that Vince McMahon made the surprise title change decision hours before the start of the show and in the process, dropped all of the plans for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35.
Meltzer also reported that this reason was due to Vince not liking any of the possible contenders available for Asuka’s title match at WrestleMania. Meltzer speculated that Vince likely felt it would be better to just drop the match instead of holding one in front of a potentially uninterested crowd and in a show that is already too long.

He reflected about the name change Twitter.
Mustafa means the "chosen one" with an emphasis on being chosen from amongst the people.
Name or not, nothing has changed. I fight for the people. I am one of them.
