It doesn’t look like there will be a WWE Backlash PPV in June as originally scheduled, but WWE will apparently hold another PPV in June called “WWE Stomping Grounds.”
That’s what the Tacoma Dome Facebook page is advertising for Sunday, June 23 at the venue in Tacoma, Washington.
Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton is advertised in the video, but that’s always “subject to change.”
WWE is expected to hold a PPV in Saudi Arabia on Friday, June 7, but that hasn’t been announced yet. There were rumors that WWE didn’t want a PPV called “Backlash” held right after a show in Saudi Arabia that will certainly continue to cause backlash for WWE.
