A Roman Reigns vs. King Corbin match at the TLC PPV next month could be a dog collar match. That’s reportedly one gimmick match idea that has been up for consideration by WWE, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Reigns vs. Corbin at TLC is currently being advertised on the venue’s website as a tables, ladders and chairs match, but that could be changed to another type of gimmick match, according to the Observer.
The dog-related segments on SmackDown for the past couple of weeks on SmackDown make it seem like a dog collar match is where things are headed, but we’ll see.
In a dog collar match, wrestlers wear dog collars, which are connected to each other with a chain.
