No CM Punk on WWE Backstage This Week + More CM Punk Notes

After making his first full appearance on WWE Backstage last week, CM Punk won’t be on this week’s show. When asked if Punk will be on the show tonight (Tuesday), the WWE on FOX Twitter account said, “He will not be.”

From the start, Punk wasn’t expected to be on every episode.

CM Punk was not backstage at any of the WWE shows this weekend in his hometown of Chicago, according to PWInsider.

There has been talk within WWE about getting Stone Cold Steve Austin to interview CM Punk on a future episode of the “Broken Skull Sessions” on the WWE Network, according to PWInsider.
