Vince McMahon reportedly sent a company-wide internal memo last Wednesday detailing a new set of company guidelines on mental health and diversity issues, according to PWInsider.
In regards to mental health, the memo stated that WWE will now be offering 24/7 mental health counseling to anyone within the company who feels they need assistance for their mental health well-being.
In regards to diversity, the memo stated that a new company email has been set up for employees to directly address their diversity concerns and bring them to the company’s attention. This portion of the memo also included links to several free diversity training courses for employees to take if they choose to do so.
