WWE: Two Title Matches on Next Week’s Raw, “Huge Announcement” on NXT, Mustafa Ali Returns

Next Week’s Raw

Announced for next week’s Raw, which was taped today:

– WWE Championship: Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler – McIntyre will choose the stipulation before the start of the match.

– Raw Women’s Championship: Asuka (c) vs. Sasha Banks – Title can change hands by pinfall, submission, DQ or count out.

“Huge Announcement” on NXT

During Raw, a brief commercial aired saying that NXT General Manager William Regal will make a “huge announcement” on this Wednesday’s show. No other details were given.

The last time NXT promised a “huge announcement” a couple of months ago, it was just the announcement of “NXT TakeOver: In Your House.”

Mustafa Ali Returns

Mustafa Ali finally made his WWE return tonight, showing up to team with Ricochet and Cedric Alexander in a six-man tag match in a win over MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.

Ali has officially been moved from SmackDown to Raw.

He last wrestled on the February 7 SmackDown, when he defeated Drew Gulak. There were rumors that he was going to be revealed as the person behind the “hacker” gimmick on SmackDown, but that angle seems to have been dropped and nothing about it has aired in weeks.
