WWE announced that Tegan Nox has suffered a torn ACL – her third torn ACL in three years.
WWE blamed a storyline attack by Candice LeRae, but it is a legitimate injury. It’s not clear when it happened.
In an NXT media call today, Triple H said that she has already undergone surgery. He said that she has had bad luck with injuries, but she’s “unbelievably strong” and if anyone can return from this, it’s her.

Nox tore her ACL in her right knee in 2017, which forced her to miss the first Mae Young Classic and over a year of action. She returned in April 2018, but suffered another terrible injury to her left knee during the second Mae Young Classic, which kept her out for over a year again. She returned from that injury in June 2019.
