Former Impact World Champion Eddie Edwards underwent surgery for appendicitis on Monday, according to PWInsider, and is currently recovering.
Edwards was in Nashville, TN on Monday, likely for Impact’s next set of TV tapings, when the issues with his appendix arose, according to Dave Meltzer.
Surgery for appendicitis typically requires about 2-4 weeks of recovery time, depending on the situation and the type of surgery that was performed.
