WWE is planning a Queen of the Ring tournament and possibly an accompanying Peacock special in October.
Wrestling Inc. first reported that the tentative plan is for there to be a Queen of the Ring special featuring main roster women, which would air on Peacock and presumably WWE Network internationally. It’s unclear if that means it will be a PPV or maybe something like the Mae Young Classic.
Andrew Zarian reported today that he has heard that the Queen of the Ring tournament is currently scheduled to start on the October 8 SmackDown and October 11 Raw. It’s also unclear if that means that all or most matches will air on TV, or if there will be qualifying or first round matches on TV.
WWE is currently scheduled to return to Saudi Arabia on October 21, so the timing for a Queen of the Ring tournament may or may not be coincidental. WWE held the all women’s Evolution PPV in October 2018 as a response to criticism due to no women initially being allowed at their Saudi shows.

In a bizarre twist, Andrew Zarian says that the current plan is to hold the Queen of the Ring finals in Saudi Arabia in October…
