MCW Picked Up By TruTV – Details Inside

Micro Championship Wrestling has been acquired by TruTV. MCW filmed a pilot with Bischoff-Hervey Productions. No word on when production will start, but it should be anytime.

It will be taping in Tampa on March 8th with a scheduled appearance by Hulk Hogan. This is now the second wrestling series from Bischoff-Hervey, apart from their work with TNA. They also did Celebrity Championship Wrestling on CMT.

It’s worth noting that TruTV also airs Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory.
