AEW Rampage Taping Results – Oct. 27, 2021 – Spoilers

Rampage was taped tonight in Boston after Dynamite went off the air.

AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament Round 2: Bryan Danielson defeated Eddie Kingston via head and arm triangle. The finish came when Kingston hit the back fist, but collapsed, then when he crawled over to make the pin, Danielson locked him in a head and arm triangle and hit him with a series of elbows to the head and Kingston went out. The crowd was said to be hot and split between them. Physical match and their chests were both really beat up and red. After the match, Kingston didn’t shake Danielson’s hand when Danielson offered.

Backstage: CM Punk, Eddie Kingston – Punk was being interviewed by Tony Schiavone when Kingston was heard shouting off screen, then walked up and slapped the microphone down and got in Punk’s face until he was pulled away.

Dante Martin defeated Matt Sydal via springboard moonsault. Lio Rush was at ringside in Martin’s corner cheering him on.

Trick or Treat Match: Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. defeated Abadon via roll up after a distraction by Jamie Hayter and Rebel. This was a no disqualification match and featured a tables, chairs, thumbtacks and more. Abadon was no selling as Baker hit her with weapons, including a stomp on a chair. Towards the end, Baker put thumbtacks in Abadon’s mouth and went for a Lockjaw, but Abadon bit her. Baker was able to get the win via roll up after a distraction by Baker’s goons.
